Due to the size/weight of the item, carriers can only deliver to most of the metro Australia address. The courier will require you and possibly another person to help the driver unloading the item from the truck.

If you intend to pick up the item, please note that you must bring a commercial vehicle to the warehouse that can carry an oversized pallet. The item will be loaded to your vehicle on a pallet by a forklift on pickup.
